There are many reasons for the unsmooth feeding of the die-cutting machine, mainly due to the deformation of the paper, the surface of the printed matter is too smooth or caused by other mechanical failures.

(1) Paper feeding is not smooth due to paper deformation

Since the die-cutting process is the last process of the entire printing process, the paper is easily deformed after several processes, especially after high temperature and high pressure glazing. The deformation of the paper after lamination is more serious, and Feida often cannot feed the paper profitably at this time.

(2) Paper feeding is not smooth caused by the surface of the printed matter being too smooth

Because the surface of the product after glazing and lamination is too smooth, it will also cause certain difficulties in feeding paper. For the above two situations, experienced operators will do the preparatory work before loading the paper, for example: when loading the paper, add some wooden wedges or paper rolls to the paper to keep the paper flat, and pre-roll the paper when loading the paper. This problem can generally be avoided by cutting edges, knocking paper work, or appropriately reducing the speed of the die-cutting machine.

(3) Paper feeding difficulties caused by mechanical failures

Mechanical reasons such as insufficient suction of the feeder nozzle, inappropriate position from the upper plane of the paper stack, and inaccurate positioning of the rules will cause problems such as oblique sheets, double sheets, and empty sheets during the paper feeding process. As long as the maintenance work of the die-cutting machine and the adjustment of the mechanical parts are done regularly, paper feeding difficulties due to mechanical failures will be avoided.
